Anyone on the boards, in Legend or in our clans, as many as you like, and any person on the site. Players outside all of those: up to 10, read every 3 hours. It's free.

What happens if I stop paying?

Nothing gets deleted. Your saved bases stay where they are, and new saves go back to the free limit. The heatmaps and hosting co-op switch off until you come back.

Can my clanmates use my co-op build?

Yes, and they don't need Premium. You host the build, they join and edit with you. Everyone sees each other's cursor and every edit.
